The short version: your binder answers stay on your own device. We never see them, store them, or sell them.
Your binder answers: nothing. Everything you type into your binder is saved in your own browser on your own device. When you download your binder, your answers are used only to generate your PDF in that moment and are never stored on our servers.
Purchase information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver your purchase and honor the guarantee. We never see or store your card number.
Analytics. We use the Meta pixel and standard analytics to understand how people find and use kindredkept.com (pages visited, checkout started, purchase completed). This never includes anything you type into your binder.
We use your email to deliver your purchase, respond to support requests, and honor refunds. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
We use a small number of cookies: one that unlocks your binder after purchase, and analytics cookies described above.
You can request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold (your email and order record) at any time by writing to support@kindredkept.com. Since your binder answers live only on your device, deleting them is in your hands: clear your browser data or use your device settings.
